Chicktec Egg Wash Liquid

Mix 10ml of Chicktec Liquid Egg Wash with 2 litres of water at 35 Degrees Centigrade to create an egg wash solution. This low foam liquid is ideal for both rotary egg washers and manual washing. To sanitize the eggs, remove any significant organic matter and submerge them in a plastic or wire basket for 3-5 minutes, stirring gently every so often. Afterward, rub away any dirt and rinse with clean water if needed, then let the eggs air dry. When using a machine, make sure not to submerge the eggs for more than five minutes. To get the most out of the egg wash solution, create a new batch of washing solution after every cycle, or when the water becomes noticeably dirty.
